一般是提前交上的。11年注册报名参加瑞典移植运动会的时候，WTGF也要求缴纳会费，否则将不能参加13年的比赛。当时我征求了所有参加11年移运会运动员的意见，大家一致同意把11-13年的会费交了。
11年-13年会费的来源是：报名参加11年瑞典世界移植运动会的所有运动员均摊。

Please find attached invoice INV-0129 for the World Transplant Games Federation Capitation and Medical/Repatriation Insurance fees for your country which relate to registrations for the 2015 World Transplant Games in Mar del Plata, Argentina 550.00 USD.

The amount outstanding of 550.00 USD is due on 21 Aug 2015.

又该交钱了，550美元，领队也不知道在现场交一下，又让我垫上？！

2014-5-5       350美元  会员费手续费：96元人民币
2015-9-14    550美元 5名参赛队员保险费
2016-3-29    375美元  会员费手续费：25美元
2018-7-31    370美元会员费手续费：25美元

记录一下，共计：1700美元+96元人民币
